The United States of America is such a large country that it’s easy to feel like you’re traveling to an entirely different nation…when you’re only going to another state.
When you travel through the states, you’ll notice that the culture, people, dialects, and even popular dances vary. In southern states like Texas or Alabama, you’ll see a lot of people interested in Country Line Dancing, 2-Step, or East Coast Swing. Of course in Florida or California, you’ll notice much more interest in the Latin dances like the Salsa, Bachata, or Tango.
In the last blog, we explored what kind of dancer you are. (If you missed the last blog, please take the survey: “What type of dancer are you?”) Whether you were a dancer, addicted dancer, or a super addicted dancer, you have honed your skills somewhere. This week we want to know – where have you danced? Are you a Dancer, a Traveling Dancer, or the Ultimate Traveling Dancer?
